These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of accounting and taxation services
by NZ Taxation Limited, NZBN 9429030835306 (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you, the client (“you”,
“your”).
1. Scope of Services
We provide professional accounting and taxation services including, but not limited to, tax
return preparation, bookkeeping, GST filing, financial reporting, and advisory services. The
specific services provided will be agreed upon in writing or through an online documentation
prior to commencement.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and timely information and documentation as
required for the provision of our services. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of
information submitted and for any consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete
disclosures.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees for our services will be communicated in advance and may be based on hourly rates, fixed
fees, or as otherwise agreed. Payment is due within [7] days of invoicing unless otherwise
stated. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest.
4. Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information unless disclosure is required by law
or with your written consent. You acknowledge and accept the risk of transmitting sensitive
information electronically.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the services provided. Our total liability
for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement at any time by giving written notice. All outstanding
fees and disbursements become payable upon termination.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or
our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our
website or provided directly to you.
